Dr. Petroff grew up in Broadview Heights and has returned to the area to raise her family and to give back to the community that has given her so much.
Dr. Petroff earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington on a softball scholarship. She went on to receive her Master’s degree in Child Clinical Psychology from West Virginia University. She earned her DDS from Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine.
Her dental residency was completed at the University Hospitals of Cleveland with a concentration in pediatric, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. Dr. Petroff was presented with the Pediatric Dentistry and Public Health Dentistry Award for her dedication to dental school and residency program.
Recently, she was named to Benco Dental Supply’s Top 40 Dentists Under 40 and has been selected as a Cleveland Top Dentist since 2006 by her peers. Dr. Petroff is a member of many local and national dental organizations. Her participation includes the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, Ohio Dental Association, and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. Every dentist is required to maintain 40 hours of continuing education every two years. But Dr. Petroff spends over 70 hours participating in continuing education courses and presenting to her peers at local events.
