When you call to make your first appointment with Dr. Petroff, we will ask you for your email address and insurance provider so all of your information can be collected prior to your appointment and have everything ready for you when you get here.
We value your time, so we make every effort to make sure you are seen promptly and with minimal waiting. Dr. Petroff’s office is paperless. Every patient in our office is set up with an electronic medical record (EMR), where we collect and house all the images captured, medical forms, and information discovered during each visit and treatment performed. Dr. Petroff and her dental team will always have easy, comprehensive access to all your information right at their fingertips. And any updates are easily completed on a tablet.
